ZVOIMPEX HAS CHANGED TO VALASAHA GROUP, a.s.

Zvoimpex, a.s. operated as a parent company within the wood division of the family holding Invictum Holdings, a.s. since 2019, whilst also covering its subsidiaries Millwood, s.r.o. in Slovakia and Tilian, s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. Its dynamic development together with several major changes in 2021 resulted in the beginning of a new era for the entire wood division.

Invictum Holdings, a.s., which has historically been associated with the timber sector since 1934, has always emphasized development by expanding into foreign markets and widening of the product portfolio, as well as through innovative high-tech solutions and R&D investments. With the announcement of Mr. Teemu Korhonen as a Managing Partner for the wood division, the concept, and goals of the whole group of companies were also adjusted and are reflected in the new business name and corporate identity.
